Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions

Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes.

Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers (unless defective).
4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges

If the product is defective/damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement/Exchange delivery will be done within 2 days .
Exchange / Replacement product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days .
6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
