Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers (unless defective).

4. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If the product is defective/damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
    Replacement/Exchange delivery will be done within 2 days .
    Exchange / Replacement product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days .

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
